Learning Assistance

November 15, 2014

It was wonderful to see so many of you on parent teacher night.  The opportunity to meet and discuss your child’s progress is valuable and beneficial to their learning.

We are working hard in the classroom.  This has been a busy last few weeks and students are working diligently to keep up with assignments.

We welcomed Mr. Kurtis Wilde to our staff as a new EA at the end of October.  It is a pleasure to have Mr. Wilde in the Learning Center.

We are looking forward to the upcoming Advent season and the many new assignments that will come as well.

God Bless,

Mrs. Choboter

Thank you to everyone for your input and ideas generated at our IEP meetings.  Students are off to a great start in their classes and adaptations are in place as needed.  We have received a number of inquiries regarding how to get extra support if your child is struggling and not on an IEP.  Please contact Mr. Brennan directly if you have any concerns in regards to your child’s learning.  If support is needed, Mr. Brennan will contact us and make the necessary changes.

IEP’s will be sent home by mail in October.  Please send back any feedback as this is a working document and collaboration is key to student success.

Looking forward to a busy October!

Mrs. Choboter and Ms. Short
