BRING YOUR BIBLE TOMORROW!  Thank you!

February 28th, 2017

So, as you can see, I am not there today.  I’m home sick (cough, hack, PLAGUE).  I am giving you three tasks to work on.

  1. You are all caught up on your Scripture Journal (don’t have your Bible?  Use Bible Search)
  2. You have finished your Picture poem
  3.  Please use the following online quiz to work your brains.  It is located in a Google Doc so that you can access it, type in the document and share it with me at the end of class.  Oh, and the best part is… I am ok with you working in small groups (2-3 people is best).  Please put all members group names in the email so I know who is working together.  Here is the link to the document:  Genesis Quiz
    1. All answers can and will be found in the book of Genesis.  If you forgot your Bible, I’ve put the link below for your benefit.  http://www.ewtn.com/v/bible/search_bible.asp

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to email me.  I will be in front of my computer for the day so that I can be easily reached.  Stay healthy and have a great day!  See you on Wednesday for Alpha!

Ms. Richards

Holy snow Grade 9 students!  So if you don’t already know, we are expecting a whole heap more snow this week.  Seems I won’t be seeing you until NEXT Monday!  With that being said though, this is not a vacation week.  Each day I will post the day’s lesson.  Please make sure that it is completed for next week.  Lesson for today still stands though, I would like you to finish the worksheets given to you last Thursday.  I have attached as a word document in case you didn’t bring your binder home. You can easily type into the document and share it with me throughout the week.

RELIGION 9 SEMESTER ONE COURSE OUTLINE 2015

Welcome to Religion 9, A & B Blocks

Journey through the New Testament

The goal of Catholic Education is to make one’s “faith become living, conscience and active through the light of instruction.” To have a living faith we must truly integrate it into our entire being. To have a conscious faith we must process, discern, and understand. To have a truly active faith we must enter into relationships and into service. A variety of people are involved, and a number of influences affect our own journey towards this goal.  We are going to examine The New Testament and the life, work, and ministry of Jesus in this course.
