The Short Term, Assessment, Response, Treatment (START) Team provides confidential mental health crisis intervention services for children and teens. Formerly known as the Child and Youth Crisis Program. Youth, families and professionals can directly access our services by contacting the START Team at 1-844-START11 (1-844-782-7811).
Kids Help Phone or Live Chat
24/7 counselling help from trained professionals on the phone for youth up to age 20. Call 1-800-668-6868. Live chat on the computer is available during specific days/hours.
Trans Lifeline
