Ready to apply? Gather the required documents (listed below) and complete the online application form in full.  (Existing students do not need to re-apply, existing students only need to re-register.)

Required Documents

You will need to upload the following documents into this application. Please have these documents ready and saved as either a .jpg or .pdf. using the file name “FAMILYNAME-document” (for example: SMITH-reportcard):

• Parent’s proof of citizenship

  • Birth Certificate or Passport for those born in Canada

  • Permanent Residency, Canadian Citizenship card, or Passport for those not born in Canada

• Student’s proof of citizenship (same as above)

• Parent’s Legal Residency Document

  • Completed Status of Parent Admission and Residency Form A

  • Any bill showing your current residential address (for example; a utility bill)

• Student’s recent report card

  • Not required for students coming from St. Mary’s, St. James and St. Ann’s or St. Catherine’s as report cards will come directly from those schools

• Completed Pastor’s Authorization Form (Catholic students only)

  • You are able to submit your application for consideration without this form, but registration for your child cannot proceed without this form

• Void cheque or bank debit form (to authorize the $100 application fee)
