Why We Fundraise
The first priority of SJB fundraising is to support the cost of providing our children with a Catholic education by making up the difference between tuition charged and government funding received (approximately 50%) in order to keep our school and its programs running. In addition, a portion of funds raised goes toward a target project identified to enhance our student’s experience now and for generations to come. At SJB, our fundraising team strives to organize fun community-building events that maximize the contributions of each family. We are asking for your support during these fundraising initiatives through parent participation tasks, pledges, and prize donations.
Bear Spirit Program
This program gives families the opportunity to prepay for 10 Spirit Days (non-uniform days), receive unique school swag items to promote SJB, and qualify for a tax receipt.
